We know the biggest problem in running a school is finding the right people to work with to make it a success. We know; we have all run EFL schools. Teachers are at the heart of a great school and what we offer is quite simple: we want to help you find the best teachers you can get. We keep in touch with properly qualified teachers throughout the year and personally interview them in different locations in England. We put the right ones in touch with you and help you organise employing them.
We maintain a record of suitably qualified teachers. These teachers maintain contact with us and we work hard to build a relationship with them.
When we are approached by a school to recruit teachers we go into some depth with the school (and visit wherever possible) to make sure the conditions are good and professional. We can be involved in as much or as little of the process as suits you - we can advertise on your behalf, assess applications in order to list suitable candidates, put you in touch with the teachers, interview them, check qualifications and references or even watch them teach at our school in London if that helps you choose. There is a basic menu of our services further down this page but our basic aim is to help you with your teacher recruitment in whatever way we can.
We are not aiming to be the biggest agency - so we will not fill up our site with hundreds of jobs. We want to match good teachers to good schools.

We will assess all the applications for your vacancy. In line with the criteria you have given us we will then draw up a shortlist of candidates who are suitable for interview, with a summary report of their profile. We will also contact unsuccessful candidates to say that their application will not be taken further.
